What types of campaigns can be set up in Touchpoints?

Yesware offers two types of campaigns: Connect Campaign and Nurture Campaign.

In a Connect Campaign, prospects are automatically removed from the campaign once you connect.

In a Nurture Campaign, prospects are not removed from the campaign even if you receive a response or connect.




You can select which type of campaign you'd like to use when you choose Touchpoints > New Campaign from the Yesware launchpad in Gmail.  When you create the campaign, you'll have the option to choose between Connect Campaign and Nurture Campaign.  By default, the type will be Connect Campaign.
