Using the Admin > Account > Users and Team page of your Yesware account, you can easily assign extensions for your colleagues. To do so, select "Assign Phone Numbers" from the top right corner of the Users and Team page.
You can only assign an extension after it has been registered by Yesware. An extension is registered when a call has been detected for that extension after the Yesware Enterprise and Phone plan has been set up.
To associate an extension with a colleague, click in the extensions field (using the "+" icon) and begin typing the extension ID. You can also locate the registered extensions available by clicking the Orange button in the top-right corner of the page.
