‘Campaigns by User’ Drilldown for Deeper Analytics
In your ‘Campaigns by User’ Report, you can now click on individual team members to get a more detailed look at their overall Campaign usage and performance. This report will provide detailed analysis to help you:
- Compare performance of the same Campaign across different team members
- Understand how personalization drives different Campaign outcomes
- See Campaign results for each user on your team, for all of their Campaigns, and learn from best practices
Add Attachments to Campaigns and View Detailed Attachment Data
Level up your prospecting game by adding attachments directly into your Campaign touches. This streamlined workflow will save you time and allow you to deliver valuable collateral to multiple prospects at once. After sending your attachments, you’ll be able to access attachment analytics to understand how prospects are engaging with your collateral. You can then use that information drive customized and informed follow-up.
Add Breathing Room Between Meetings
Live meeting links are all fun and games until you have 8 hours of back-to-back meetings and no time to catch your breath. That’s why we’ve added “Breathing Room” to Meeting Scheduler, which allows you to add custom buffer periods before and after meetings. Head to Advanced Settings to set your buffer period, and use that time to send a follow-up email, prep for your next call, or, ya know, take a sip of water?
Book Meetings at a Time That Works for Colleagues
Need to include colleagues on a meeting invite? You can now add colleague calendars to any live meeting link. The live meeting link will automatically update as their availability changes. When recipients book a meeting with you, the meeting will automatically appear on your calendar and your colleagues’ calendars at a time that works for everyone. Remote selling can be hard, booking meetings with colleagues just got easier.

Include Tracked Attachments in Your Next Prospecting Email
Stay one step ahead of your prospects by adding tracked attachments directly into your Outlook emails. By using tracked attachments, you’ll be able to customize your follow-up and enter meetings armed with the knowledge of whether your recipient(s) viewed/forwarded your collateral, and how they engaged with it. To add an attachment, head to the Yesware sidebar in your Outlook compose view. Under the gear icon you’ll see an ‘Attachment’ tab where you can insert or drag-and-drop your attachments. When your recipient opens that attachment, an attachment report will appear in your Activity Feed, providing detailed analytics on how your recipient(s) engaged with your attachment (i.e. how many times they opened it, how long they spent reading it.)
