Even though we are remote, we still firmly believe that real customer connections lead to better sales outcomes. To that end, we are doing everything in our power to make your remote selling experience the best it can be. This month, we’ve made exciting improvements to Meeting Scheduler (including a Zoom integration!) and are releasing upgrades to Campaigns and Reporting.

Zoom + Meeting Scheduler
Spending a lot of time on Zoom lately? Us too. Save time with Meeting Scheduler by using our Zoom integration! Connect your Yesware account with your Zoom account, and automatically add a Zoom link to your meeting invites. You can also choose to have a one-time Zoom meeting generated for each invite to keep your remote selling secure.
Custom Questions to Help Meetings Run Smoothly
Custom Questions - such as “What do you hope to accomplish during this meeting?” or requesting a phone number - can now be added to meeting invites to help all attendees prepare for the meeting and help you follow up. Custom questions signal to recipients that you care about the quality of the meeting and want them to get the most out of it. You can find Customer Questions under “Advanced Settings” when creating your meeting type.
Book Meetings at a Time That Works for Colleagues
Need to include colleagues on a meeting invite? You’ll soon be able to check colleague calendars when creating meeting invites, as well as invite multiple colleagues to the meeting itself. The live meeting link will automatically update as their availability changes. When recipients book a meeting with you, the meeting will automatically appear on your colleagues’ calendars at a time that works for them. Remote selling can be hard, booking meetings with colleagues just got easier.
‘Campaigns by Campaign’ Report to Improve Sales Team Performance
Need to see which Campaigns are getting the most engagement across your entire sales team? Want to see if this month’s Campaigns are booking more meetings than last month’s? Coming soon, the ‘Campaigns by Campaign’ report will allow you to:
- Understand Campaign activity and outcomes for each Campaign
- Improve how you and your team use Campaigns for prospecting and follow-up, by comparing what content and cadence works across Campaigns
- See which Campaigns yield the most meetings so you can do more of what works across your team
Include Attachments & Images in Campaigns
You’ll soon have the ability to add attachments and images to Campaigns to help your emails stand out and and get collateral into the hands of many prospects with just one click! We’re also cooking up robust attachment engagement data so you can see who is looking at what and inform your follow-up. More to come!

This month, we are thrilled to announce improvements to Meeting Scheduler, Campaigns, and Reporting - as well as the ability to send emails using Outlook’s native send button (Goodbye ‘Send with Yesware’)!

Native Tracking
We’ve been hard at work with Microsoft on developing Native Tracking, which lets you send tracked emails using Outlook’s native send button. Just open a new email window, pin your Yesware sidebar open, and click send! This feature will be rolling out in waves based on the Microsoft App’s release schedule; if you’d like early access, reach out to support@yesware.com.
