Happy April!
As the light at the end of the pandemic tunnel starts to appear, we are grateful for our customers who have overcome so many obstacles this past year. You’ve learned how to connect and sell in completely new ways while working from home and for that you deserve a round of applause. In our continued effort to support your remote selling, we have been working on several updates this month including the ability to Pause Campaigns, Updates to Campaign Reporting, Tracked Links in Templates, a Microsoft Teams Integration, new Compose-View Sidebar, and more.
We are excited for you to check out these new features. As always, shoot us your feedback @yesware or by emailing our team at support@yesware.com.
![]() Pause/Resume Campaigns Out sick and need to pause your campaign? Users now have the ability to pause and resume their campaigns as needed. When a campaign is paused, no automatic emails will be sent and no manual tasks will appear in your to-do list. When resuming a paused campaign, you will be prompted to resume or reschedule any prospects who were skipped while the campaign was paused. ![]()
![]() Updates to Campaign Reporting We’ve made some improvements to Campaign Reporting to deliver a more intuitive reporting experience. Among these updates, data in the Campaigns dashboard and drilldowns will now reflect only the past year, engagement rates will reflect recipients who have received at least one call or email, and the Campaigns By Campaign and Campaigns By User reports can now be filtered by date range with a handy date picker. We hope these updates help our users make more meaningful connections between Campaign engagement and business outcomes. ![]()
![]() Meeting Engagement Icons in Campaigns If a Campaign recipient has booked a meeting with you via Meeting Scheduler, you will now see a purple calendar icon in your recipient list as well as your recipient filtering options in Campaigns. These icons are intended to provide a better understanding of recipient engagement around meetings booked and give users the ability to organize these recipients into cohorts, as needed. ![]()
![]() Tracked Links in Templates New this month, all links in Templates will automatically be tracked. Users will have the option to disable these tracked links in their sidebar settings. When a recipient clicks on a tracked link from a template, the ‘link clicked’ engagement icon will also appear in Template and Campaign Reporting to signal the user’s increased engagement. ![]()
![]() Campaign Touch Drilldown Report In your Campaigns by Campaign Report, you will now be able to click an individual campaign and be brought to a touch-level drilldown report that shows the engagement levels for each touch of a given campaign. Our goal for this feature is to give Campaign users deeper insight into how each touch is performing so they can better understand what’s working and make more specific adjustments to improve engagement moving forward. ![]()
![]() Microsoft Teams + Meeting Scheduler There’s no question that Microsoft Teams has become the new MVP of remote collaboration, so we are excited to announce the first in a series of integrations with the platform. First up...Teams + Meeting Scheduler! In Meeting Scheduler, you can now grant access to your Teams account and automatically have a unique Teams meeting link added to your meeting invites to streamline your scheduling and keep your remote selling secure. ![]()
![]() New Action-Oriented Compose Sidebar We are making a small but mighty UI change that we believe will help our new users hit the ground running with Yesware, and help our existing users get their work done faster. Introducing an all-new sidebar in the Outlook ‘compose view’. This new sidebar re-organizes Yesware into a list of action-oriented buttons so it’s just click-and-go to insert templates, attachments, meeting links and more. ![]()
