New Action-Oriented Compose Sidebar

You will now see a small but mighty UI change in your compose sidebar that we believe will help new users hit the ground running with Yesware, and help existing users get their work done faster. Introducing the all-new ‘compose view’ sidebar. This new sidebar re-organizes Yesware into a list of action-oriented buttons so it’s just click-and-go to insert templates, attachments, meeting links and more.

Campaign Touch Drilldown Report 

In your Campaigns by Campaign Report, you will now be able to click an individual campaign and be brought to a touch-level drilldown report that shows the engagement levels for each touch of a given campaign. Our goal for this feature is to give Campaign users deeper insight into how each touch is performing so they can better understand what’s working and make more specific adjustments to improve engagement moving forward. 

Tracked Links in Templates   

New this month - all links in Templates will now be automatically tracked by default. Users will have the option to disable these tracked links via Menu>My Preferences in the sidebar. When a recipient clicks on a tracked link from a template, the ‘link clicked’ engagement icon will also appear in Template and Campaign Reporting to signal the user’s increased engagement.

Microsoft Teams  + Meeting Scheduler

There’s no question that Microsoft Teams has become the new MVP of remote collaboration, so we are excited to announce the first in a series of integrations with the platform. First up...Teams + Meeting Scheduler! In Meeting Scheduler, you can now grant access to your Teams account and automatically have a unique Teams meeting link added to your meeting invites to streamline your scheduling and keep your remote selling secure.

Yesware for Microsoft Teams App

We are excited to announce the upcoming release of a Yesware for Microsoft Teams app! This app will be available for download in the Microsoft AppSource and will allow users to access the power of Yesware right from the Microsoft Teams platform. Users will be notified immediately of all email opens, link clicks, and replies via the Microsoft Teams Chat and will have access to the entire Yesware Reporting suite - including the Email Activity Report, Template Reporting, Campaigns Reporting and all drilldowns. Yesware for Microsoft Teams will be available for Premium and Enterprise Yesware users.

Round Robin for Meeting Scheduler

Coming soon - an all-new Round Robin feature for Meeting Scheduler. With this feature, admins can set rules so that shared meeting types get rotated throughout multiple reps’ calendars. For example, when a prospect requests a demo from your website, that meeting will be entered into a rotation and be automatically assigned to the rep who has done the least recent demo. With this feature, prospects will be guaranteed the earliest availability possible and reps will have equal responsibility and opportunity to run these shared meeting types.
