How do I test tracking?

At any time, you can send an email to test@yesware.com. When you compose the email, be sure the 'Track' checkbox is checked in Gmail or the 'Track' button is highlighted Outlook. Our test recipient will open your email and you should see a new tracking event in your Yesware dashboard and reports within a few seconds.

If you are testing with another email account, you might find that we record the open as a 'sender event'.  This could be because we are capturing the same IP address or same network.
