If you are an existing Yesware customer and are designated as an Admin, simply head to the Users section of your Yesware account and select the blue "Add Users" button in the upper right hand corner. You can fill open seats or purchase additional licenses through this button; just follow the prompts you're guided through.
You can get to the aforementioned "Users" page in
Gmail: click the "Yesware" drop down menu at the top left of your inbox. Select "My Account" and then choose "Users" from the left hand menu.
Outlook: click the "Menu" tab of the Yesware sidebar and select "Account." Then, choose "Users" from the left hand menu.
