Users on Premium and Enterprise plans can create Teams. You can create and manage your Team through your Yesware account.

Gmail:

1. Using the Yesware drop-down menu in the top left corner of Gmail, select "My Teams"
2. On the new page, click "Add Team"
3. Name your Team
4. From here, select the "Add User to Team" drop-down
5. Once the user has been added, designate her/his role
