Why isn't Send to Salesforce working?

If the Send to Salesforce option in Gmail or Outlook is not working, please ensure that you've enabled Salesforce in your Yesware preferences and reload Gmail in your browser or relaunch Outlook. In addition, verify that the CRM checkbox is checked when you want a message to be sent to Salesforce. You may also want to ask your Salesforce administrator to ensure that your user profile is API access enabled.
