With Yesware’s Click to Call feature, you can place calls right from your inbox. We’ll search for any contacts or phone numbers associated with the prospect’s email address in Salesforce or you can specify a new phone number. The prospect will see the number you provided us when they receive the call.
You can make notes and create new tasks to be associated with the recipient's record in Salesforce. Once finished, the call and discussion notes automatically sync to Salesforce.
This feature is available to existing Enterprise users.
