Please note that we have made the business decision to retire our legacy Click-to-Call feature at the end of 2017. Existing enterprise accounts will have access to legacy Click-to-Call until the end of January 2018.
With Yesware’s Click to Call feature within Salesforce, you can seamlessly place calls from Salesforce with just one click. Yesware calls you and dials your prospect so you don’t need to. After, any tasks or discussion notes associated with the call will sync to Salesforce. Click to Call is a feature available to Enterprise tier accounts.
Your Yesware Account Manager can enable Click to Call within Salesforce through the Yesware account. Once enabled, you would simply need to refresh Salesforce. From there, you will see the Click to Call options (phone numbers highlighted in Green as shown below) available within Salesforce.
