When using the Yesware Email Tracking add-in (for O365), you should use Send with Yesware when you want to:
- See email tracking engagement
- Sync your email to Salesforce
To set up Tracking and Salesforce Sync, go to Yesware (top right of Compose window for Outlook for Desktop). Then, click on ‘Email Settings’ and toggle ‘ON’ for ‘Track Email Opens’.
To track and sync an email:
- Create a new email
- Compose your message, adding Templates and Tracked Links
- Click ‘Send with Yesware’ to send
Note: When you want to track an email and/or send it to Salesforce, click ‘Send with Yesware’ instead of the Outlook send button. This way, you can selectively track and sync relevant outgoing messages.
You will be notified when your emails are opened in the events feed. To view tracking events, click on Yesware in Outlook, then click ‘Tracking.’
