The Campaigns to-do list is designed to keep reps productive by creating todo cards for each prospect activity in the campaign that’s currently due. Future activity is hidden from view. To-do’s can be individual emails, calls, research tasks or automated emails.
Campaigns does NOT create tasks in Salesforce.com before the task is completed, rather it automatically syncs completed activities into SFDC tasks for that recipient. This keeps SFDC up to date with the latest activity but does not overload it with incomplete tasks or activities.
Note that Campaign to-dos are currently only supported on Yesware for Gmail and not yet supported on Yesware for O365.
