Templates are the core of Yesware. Why? You can create customized messages that live right inside your inbox, waiting to be plugged in.
They’re messages that you can save to your inbox to use in the future. The best part? You save time you would have spent composing the same messaging over-and-over again.
In this section, we’ll walk through:
- How to create and save email templates.
- The simple way to share templates with your team.
- How to see what’s working with your messaging with easy reporting.
How to Create a Template
Using Templates, you can send rich, complete emails to prospects in a fraction of the time it would take to draft that message each time you needed it.
Team Template Sharing
Yesware helps teams streamline their email communications with Team Template Sharing.
Our Team and Enterprise plans include a centralized team template library where you can collaborate and share the most effective templates with your team.
Pro tip: To move your personal templates to the team categories, go to Yesware > Menu > Manage Templates.
Alternatively, you can head to your Yesware account to Manage Templates.
To do this, click My Account from the Yesware menu in Outlook. From there, go to Templates.
Gain Insight with Template Reporting
The more insight you have into your emails, the easier it is to improve them to see better results.
We built Template Reporting to help you understand 1.) how you’re using templates and 2.) how your recipients are interacting with them.
You can access reporting by clicking on Reports within the Yesware Menu, or by going directly to app.yesware.com.
Our Template Reply Report includes 30-day reports of each individual template including:
- How many times you’ve used each template.
- How many replies you’ve received,
- The open and reply rates
Reporting can help you identify which messaging works with recipients so that you can send smarter emails.
Note: Users on our Premium and Enterprise plans also get our Team Template Reply Report that will display your top-performing templates from up to 180 days. This report captures all the same information as the Template Reply Report across all members of your team and packages it into an easy, usable report.
Not only will you see the reporting of each individual template, but we’ll tell you whether it’s in your team’s template library or not.
This report helps you identify top-performing templates from your very own team.
