User is unable to install or activate Yesware for Gmail
If the user is on the most up to date version of Chrome or Firefox, they should be able to install Yesware for Gmail. Since Yesware was built for the uncustomized Gmail UI, there might be an extension conflict which is preventing installation or activation.
- Check Extension/Add-in list to ensure Yesware was properly installed
- Check other extensions and Google labs to see there's a potential conflict
- Check to see if the user has a dark-colored background theme in Gmail as this can hide the "Activation" option
- Use Zendesk Macro "dark-colored background"
