This month, we'd like to (re)introduce you to our new fan-favorite feature - Meeting Scheduler - and the bells and whistles we've added to it in 2021. We've worked tirelessly to make our online scheduler market-competitive and are proud to offer the feature on all plan types. If you haven't created your first dynamic meeting link yet, now is the time!
Round Robin is our newest add-on and a favorite among Yesware reps and managers. With its intuitive UI and customer-centric logic, Round Robin allows team meeting types to be rotated automatically through a team of reps. Equity among reps + easy scheduling for customers = a winning combination.
This past year has shown us the power of online meeting platforms, which is why we are excited to integrate with both Zoom and Microsoft Teams to make booking even easier within Meeting Scheduler.
Team Meeting Types are standardized meeting invites that can be shared among a team. Admins can specify which team to share the meeting type with, as well as specify meeting duration, default attendees, meeting description, custom questions, and more.
Add up to 5 colleague calendars to any live meeting link. When recipients book a meeting with you, the meeting will automatically appear on your calendar and your colleagues’ calendars at a time that works for everyone.
