Round Robin for Meeting Scheduler
Introducing an all-new Round Robin booking feature for Meeting Scheduler. With this feature, admins can set rules so that shared meeting types get rotated throughout multiple reps’ calendars. For example, when a prospect requests a demo from your website, that meeting will be entered into a rotation and be automatically assigned to the rep who has done the least recent demo. With this feature, prospects will be guaranteed the earliest availability possible and reps will have equal responsibility and opportunity to run these shared meeting types.

Yesware for Microsoft Teams App
We are excited to announce the release of a Yesware for Microsoft Teams app! This app will soon be available for all Outlook users download in the Microsoft AppSource and will allow users to access the power of Yesware right from the Microsoft Teams platform. Users will be notified immediately of all email opens, link clicks, and replies via the Microsoft Teams Chat. Yesware for Microsoft Teams will be available for Premium and Enterprise Yesware users only.
