We know you are busier than ever and that productivity is high on your list of priorities. As you know, our goal is to keep you in your flow as you battle through your workday, so we aim to keep our features as centralized as possible (who wants to jump from platform to platform all day?).
With that said (...drumroll, please) - we are thrilled to unveil the first act of our entirely new Contacts Interface, which will serve as a record of truth for contacts at all stages of your pipeline. Along with crucial Meeting Scheduler enhancements, like the ability to Reschedule and add Custom Meeting Titles, our hope is that Yesware shaves off wasted hours from your workday so you can spend your time where it matters to YOU.

Later this month, we will be releasing the newest addition to our suite of productivity tools - Yesware Contacts! Yesware Contacts will be a first-in-class Contact Management System that lives right in the Yesware ecosystem. The preliminary experience will serve up a list of your email Contacts along with the ability to manually add/delete Contacts. Users will be able to manage vital business data and Yesware activity for their Contacts in an easy-to-view card in the App Site and sidebar. We are beyond excited for where we are taking Yesware Contacts and can't wait to share it with you.
Personalized Meeting Titles
In Meeting Scheduler, users will now have the option of personalizing their meeting titles to include dynamic custom fields like 'Name', 'Company', 'Meeting Type' and more. This feature gives recipients more clarity and provides hosts with a quick point of reference when reviewing their meetings for the day. Just another way Yesware makes scheduling meetings easier!
Upcoming meetings can now be easily rescheduled by recipients via their calendar invite. Just like the original booking, they will only be shown the host's future available time slots. When the meeting is rescheduled, the calendar event will be moved and an email will be sent to the Yesware user indicating the meeting has been rescheduled. Staying flexible is key to closing deals - and easy rescheduling brings you one step closer.
